I'm William Pearce, an interior and architecture photographer working across London, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and the wider Home Counties. I work regularly with interior designers, architects and developers to document fit-outs, workplace design and hospitality spaces — including this recent project for Space Group in London.

8trium is a café and workplace servery in London, designed by Space Group with a wide range of bespoke fitments, integration and carpentry. The brief was to capture a comprehensive set of imagery covering the fit-out as a whole, alongside detail shots highlighting the custom joinery, appliance integration and product displays. The space benefits from a mix of natural and artificial light, with a sizeable light well running down the centre of the building — but with the interior lighting unable to be switched off during the shoot this created a challenge colour balancing the image with available light, a combination of gels and strobes were used to balance the two light sources and keep the finished images consistent throughout.
